Delete your account

You can delete your ZAWE account and all associated data at any time, using either option below.

Option 1 — Delete instantly in the app

Sign in, open the menu under your name, choose My Profile and tap Delete account. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email support@zawe.in from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number. We'll verify your request and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Sign-in details (mobile number, email and password)

Profile — name, address and favourite cars

ZAWE credit wallet balance and transaction history

Reservations and rider details

Coupon usage records

Business account profile (Aadhaar, GST, licence) and listed cars with photos

Unused wallet credits are forfeited on deletion. Payment records held by our payment partner may be retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
