—Account details — when you sign in we store your name, mobile number or email address, and a unique account identifier.

—Reservation details — pickup and drop locations, date and time, selected vehicle and service tier, passenger and luggage notes, and any special requests you share with us.

—Payment details — payments are processed by our payment partner. We store only the payment amount, a payment reference and the payment status for your reservation. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

—Wallet records — if you use ZAWE credits, we keep a record of each top-up and each credit payment so your balance is always accurate.

—Technical data — basic information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website running smoothly and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

—To create and manage your reservations and confirm your bookings.

—To send you booking confirmations and receipts by email, and to share reservation details with you on WhatsApp when you choose to.

—To operate your ZAWE credit wallet, including welcome credits and top-ups.

—To provide customer support before, during and after your journey.

—To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

—Online payments are handled by a certified payment gateway. Your payment information is entered directly on the gateway’s secure page and is processed under their safeguards.

—A reservation is confirmed only after the full amount is paid, either with ZAWE credits, by online payment, or both.

Sharing your information

—We do not sell your personal information.

—We share only what is necessary with the service providers who help us operate ZAWE — our website platform, sign-in service, email delivery and payment gateway — each bound to protect your data.

—We may share information when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of ZAWE, our customers or our drivers.

Your choices and rights

—You may view your reservations and wallet balance at any time by signing in.

—You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or request a copy of it, by contacting us. To delete your account and all associated data, visit zawe.in/delete-account.

—You may stop using the wallet at any time; unused credits remain available for your reservations.

Data retention and security

—We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account and reservation history, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

—We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and strict access controls on the systems that store it.

Children

ZAWE services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
